Needs analysis:
|
|
|
N1 - The need to adapt and make effective use of
digital media in the teaching-learning-assessment process in order to
increase students' interest in the context of blended learning, at
school and online;
N2 - The lack of training of teachers in order to succeed in developing
a strategy for the integration of pupils belonging to vulnerable groups
(rural environment, very low financial income, disorganised families,
parents abroad, pupils arriving from abroad with adaptation problems);
N3 - The reduced degree of awareness of the negative effects of
"bullying" phenomenon among pupils, parents and teachers and their level
of information on the need to get involved in preventing and combating
this phenomenon;
N4 - The low importance given to the formation of an environmental
culture in school and low involvement of pupils in activities to protect
the environment;
N5 - The reduced capacity of teachers to guide students to select and
use credible and harmless media sources;
N6 - The lack of a vision and strategies to build the graduate profile
and orientation towards a successful career.

The general aim of the project is the personal and professional
training of 32 teachers in order to adopt and use European standards in
the educational process, to ensure equal opportunities for all learners,
to improve school results, to reduce absenteeism, to encourage as many
students as possible to continue their high school studies in our
institution, towards a successful career. |

Objectives: |

1. To improve the ability to integrate ICT means
in the teaching process adapted to current needs (face-to-face, online,
hybrid teaching activity) - targets the N1 need.
2. To increase the integration of pupils from vulnerable groups in order
to ensure educational equity - targeting the N2 need.
3. To prevent and combat the negative effects of "bullying" phenomenon -
targeting the N3 need.
4. To develop behaviour that ensures conscious behaviour to protect and
preserve the environment for a sustainable development - targeting the
N4 need.
5. To train and develop of the ability to select and use information
from the media and the online environment - targeting the N5 need.
6. To improve the skills needed to develop the profile of the graduate
and orient him/her towards a successful career - targeting the N6 need. |
