Sister School Project [...]

The Sister School Project is an agreement between “Bogdan Vodă” Theoretical Highschool, Hălăuceşti and Babaeski Şehit Ersan Yenici Anadolu Lisesi, Turkey and is to take place beginning with 1st September 2015 until 1st September 2018.
          This collaboration is meant to develop students’ interest in acquire new knowledge, in developing their abilities to communicate in a foreign language, using new technologies effectively and efficiently, socializing with the project partners and transmission of knowledge, shaping and developing a cultural-historical conscience, promoting partners’ schools, regions, countries.
       The activities that are to be run will offer the students the opportunity to perceive, accept, respect and experience the otherness, to form and develop the communication skills, tolerance towards the other’s opinion, democratic decision making, the ability to avoid conflicts, socializing with project partners and the transmission of knowledge.          The Culture Exchange Program Agreement is an agreement between “Bogdan Vodă” Theoretical Highschool, Hălăuceşti and Cheery Childrens Education Centre, Nairobi, Kenya and is to take place beginning with 1st November 2015 until 1st December 2018.
            To promote better understanding of the culture, history, customs of the two countries and schools involved, to develop tolerance towards different cultures, the abilities to communicate in a foreign language, socializing with the project partners, to promote partners’ schools, regions, countries are just some of the aspects covered by this cooperation.
             The activities conducted during the partnership will give our students the opportunity to develop intercultural skills, communication ability, acquiring new knowledge about world culture wealth and diversity, about the culture, way of life, the education system of the partner countries.[back]
